NOTICE OF 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Winnipeg Campus/Community Radio Society Inc. announces its 2015 annual general meeting:
DATE: Tuesday, December 8, 2015
TIME: 6:30 PM (sign-in at 6:00 PM)
LOCATION: University of Winnipeg – The Hive – Main floor Lockhart Hall (off Ellice Ave. entrance)
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the regular business of the Society in accordance with Bylaw 3(1)(a)(ii).
Board Elections – Student and Community Representatives
Three directors’ terms (two community reps and one student rep) are expiring, and an election will be held at the AGM to fill the positions. Any paid up voting member of the Society (including any current director with an expiring term) is eligible for nomination. Positions are for two-year terms. The monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM (food provided). If you are interested in serving on the board or for further details, email Wendy at chair@ckuw.ca.
